The international community stands strongly and firmly with the United Arab Emirates as it stands stable after being hit by cowardly Iranian middle attacks. The whole globe is condemning the attack on the Emirates by Iran which took place on Monday-Tuesday, May 4th-May 5th, 2026. In the present conflict between the United States and Iran, Tehran has repeatedly signaled out its bad intentions and outright hostility toward the UAE. Such a vicious attitude must be stopped. The Emirates has the right to defend herself and is right in defending her sovereignty and in protecting its land.
One strike targeted an ADNOC oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz. Another assault hit the Fujairah Petroleum Industries Zone. This coincided with President Trump’s call for a “Freedom Project,” to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Iran is acting to escalate the conflict in the Gulf. Opposite to this lethal tendency, the Emirates is striving very hard to create strategic stability for the whole Middle East, Western Asia, and the Gulf region.
President Trump respects the Emirates. He has total confidence in the Emirati leadership. He is sure that Iran is desperate and targeted the UAE out of hopelessness. The United States is cooperating with the Emirates and other Arab Gulf countries to ensure that the Strait of Hormuz is safe and open. The two nations are wisely honoring the ceasefire that is still maintained up till now. They have both strategic patience to keep the ceasefire going on despite Iranian provocations. Tehran’s refusal to open the Strait of Hormuz is a sign of her weakness because it is an admission that it desires to make the Strait of Hormuz an unstable strategic arena.
Europe is supporting the Emirates as well. EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen referred to the Iranian aggression as “vicious.” The United Nations in a statement issued stated its “deep concern” over the incident as a threat to the fragile ceasefire being agreed upon now. Not the least, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) decried the recent Iran’s military action against the UAE as a continuation of Iran’s “piracy,” in the waters of the Gulf, and a contravention of the UN Security Council resolutions.
The whole people of the Emirates are united against Iran and beyond their leaders. They are not intimidated by Iran. They have total trust in their armed forces. They know the strength and the ability of the powerful Emirati military that is the most capable of defending their nation. To remind the incumbent regime in Iran, the UAE has very advanced weapons and military personnel trained in the most sophisticated types of weapons, military material and warfare.
The weary Iran cannot dislodge the eminence of the United Arab Emirates.
