The presence of the Houthi terrorist organization in Yemen is increasingly a threat to world peace. It is, therefore, 100 percent right that the American army takes action against these terrorists.
Shi’as are a small sect of Muslims that have been the center of the Yemeni conflict for a long time, and the Houthis group is the leading force in this fight. With the rise of the Zaidi Shia tribe, the main fighters in the region, the terrorist threat is escalating worldwide. That is why the American armed forces are now doing everything they can to undermine the Houthi terror. Of course, they have to do this unannounced, and it is, therefore, lovely that they were able to intercept a missile-carrying ship; only in this way can the Houthi terror that threatens the world economy and the Red Sea ports be stopped. The world can breathe a sigh of relief as this week; US Central Command was able to destroy three Houthi-controlled unmanned craft along with their anti-ship missiles. Europe must also be grateful to the Americans for this because the Houthi terrorists only want to sow death and destruction and also hit the heart of the global economic engine. We can be delighted that the Americans are standing up against this terrorist group, which wants to disrupt the entire world economy with blind violence and attacks.
The destruction of these drones and ships by US Central Command is not only an action to protect shipping in the Red Sea but also to protect the US Navy from this terrorist organization. Despite a decline in fighting intensity, the Houthis continue to issue constant threats and stage vicious attacks on ships and storage facilities along the Red Sea coast, making the region more dangerous. The entire free world must work together to achieve stability in the Persian Gulf to protect global trade routes. U.S. defenses against missiles from Yemen and the Red Sea remain critical as the Houthis continue to demonstrate their resistance. That is why all movements of the Houthi militias must be constantly monitored and, if necessary, eliminated to thwart more attacks with strategic weapons by the Houthis.
Increasing militarization around the Red Sea, a key waterway, increases uncertainty and insecurity. The Houthi militia poses a global threat through attacks on shipping and possible oil leaks, which could cause a significant environmental disaster. As an EU Climate Pact Ambassador, I cannot allow that. This situation demonstrates the changing security dynamics in the region and efforts to reduce risks at sea and active forces.
