Across the world, women are breaking barriers, but too many still face doors that remain closed.
In Saudi Arabia, women’s participation in the workforce has tripled in the last decade, yet opportunities for leadership and entrepreneurship are still growing. In the United States, women continue to face underrepresentation in top leadership roles and business ownership.
Bridges of Strength is changing that, We connect Saudi and American women through powerful programs that provide skills, mentorship, and opportunities to lead in business, technology, and civic life.
Our mission is to build bridges between cultures, foster mutual understanding, and unleash the potential of women to transform their communities.
Our Program Pillars
Leadership & Entrepreneurship Training
Joint bootcamps and workshops to equip women with practical tools to start and scale businesses.
Scholarships & Mentorship
Funding for Saudi women to participate in U.S. exchange programs and for American women to immerse themselves in Saudi culture, each guided by experienced mentors.
Digital Empowerment
Training in AI, e-commerce, and digital media to compete globally.
Cultural Exchange & Dialogue
An annual Saudi–American Women’s Forum, alternating between Riyadh and Washington, D.C., showcasing success stories, investment opportunities, and cross-border projects.
Our Goals in the First 3 Years
Train 1,000 women in leadership and business skills.
Fund 100 scholarships for cultural exchange.
Create 10 joint Saudi–American business ventures.
Launch two empowerment hubs — one in Riyadh and one in Washington, D.C.

Support Healthcare In Iraq
